Dishwasher, Server, Back of the House Extraordinaire aka LOJ Fam
Cayden was hired on as a Dishwasher/Cleaner, but he can be seen chipping in as a Server, Cashier or all around helper. His attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills have made him a great asset to the LOJ Fam for a full year so far.
NaNa aka MaMa Zahara
Interpreter & Trainer on all things Ethiopian, Mnagement, Injera Master, Buna Barista and Hostess
Injera production and quality, buna making and coffee ceremony training and overall greatest host can sum up Nana's position. She has graciously offered to help out where needed and has passed down recipes that give LOJ its authenticity.
Ms. Brailey
Assistant Manager, Server, Buna Ceremony Hostess, Tea Master, Front of the House Extraordinaire aka LOJ Fam
Brailey is one of LOJ's first hires and she has been a blessing from Day#1. She was hired as a Server, but this young lady will pitch in every and anywhere she is needed. She is family by blood and LOJ Fam by luck. We are lucky to have her on board.
Mr. Mickey
Severs, Greeters, Chef Lion, Social Media/Marketing Associates & Stock Boys
Whether he is greeting customers, serving tables, restocking items, voicing and moonlighting as Chef Lion, creating videos, setting up for work or responding to customers on social media, Mickey is a major part of Lion of Judah's success.
